Wells Fargo is currently offering their 3-2-1 program at Knickerbocker Lofts. Qualified purchasers can lock into the best possible fixed rate available to them and then Wells Fargo will do the following:

• reduce the purchaser's fixed rate by 3% in the first year
• reduced the purchaser's fixed rate by 2% in the the second year
• reduced the purchaser's fixed rate by 1% in the the third year
